These kind gentlemen, once the time came to return the deposit I had paid for the house rental, disappeared and stopped responding to me. I remain available for any kind of proof. I have the entire email record that confirms this.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sunstar Realty. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and lack basic accountability. We dealt with Lynn, who assured us the apartment was deep-cleaned, including all appliances. However, upon moving in, it was clear that this was a complete lie—they had only cleaned the kitchen cabinets. I had a very unpleasant experience with Gary Park from Sunstar Realty Ltd. I toured one of the rental properties, and this person was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. During the tour, instead of explaining details about the apartment, he kept focusing on potential damages tenants might cause. As a renter this company was great to deal with for 8+ years. Only giving four stars because at the end of our tenancy, the house was listed for sale and we had horrible and stressful experiences dealing with the owners realtor and unprofessional contractors. I don't feel Sunstsr handled the issues appropriately. We also asked for a letter of reference, which we never received and they neglected to cancel the automatic rent withdrawal from our account which resulted in us incurring charges from our bank to put a stop payment... read more
