STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this company they are totally unprofessional and total waste of time . They will tell you yes yes yes and then when it’s time for something to happen they will lie and act as if they said nothing ! Very very scummy company stay away from Michael and Tammy very very scummy bad business!
Avoid this company. The rentals are ridiculously overpriced, and the entire process is just a waste of time. The whole team is dishonest and unprofessional, feeding you false information and showing no respect for your time. Neither they nor their clients are serious — don’t bother!!!!!!
Owners beware Gary Park has no professionalism. I wouldn’t pay to let him show my property. I was ready to rent a spot near SFU but because of how terrible he is, I pulled out. Otherwise I would have signed on.
An agent with Sunstar booked a showing at an apartment for rent with my wife and I. He emailed and confirmed 3 days prior. When we arrived at our appointment time no one was there. We called and he did not pick up. He called us back a few minutes later to tell us the apartment had been rented so we cannot see it and he said forgot to let us know. The agent was quite appolegetic however the whole situation was quite unprofessional and I would not work with this company again.
