Poor service 1- Changed agreed plan from their end to a lower level plan but insist on keeping same price of the original plan 2- poor communication with customer ( they don't update you unless you call multiple times or go to their office in person) 3- Failed solar app for 1 month due to technical error from their end 4- They are unaware that installed Solar was not producing energy until we contact them many times I don't recommend them to anyone
The Sunstak team is just good to deal with, no pushy sales tactic and provide genuine advise. This is the second time I have solar done at my house back 8 years ago this is so far a way better experience to pervious install. From my experience they have a good system in place where the process is well managed, from the quotes I receive and researched they charged on par with industry rates, I would recommend them to anything looking for a solar and battery setup.
Very pleased with the work Sunstak have done. Will use them in the future and recommend their services.
