Sunstak assisted with the warranty replacement of a Powerwall at my home. They were professional, prompt in responding and kept the process moving when the OEM were dragging their heels or nonresponsive. Highly recommend.
We had a hot water system installed by SunStak on 14 April 2026. Ethan (electrician), Zach and Angus (installers-plumbers) were very courteous and efficient. I had Sunstak recently install a Tesla Powerwall 3. There was an issue with the install and the result is that I do not have a working battery backup system. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the resolution of the problem.
