We're experiencing issues with the new garage box he installed a few weeks ago ( it took 6 months to get that). Sent over 20 text messages and never got a reply. Very frustrated!!! Seem like he got his $800 and could care less about anything else. He told us when he installed the new box that he was going to get out of the solar business since rebates were going away and he wouldn't be making as much money. Installed solar panels claimed 25 year warranty but did not live up to their word. Be aware of using this company and their claimed warranty. They will then blame the manufacturer for the issues. Would no way use them again.
Our system was installed about 4 years ago. The crew were excellent to work with. There are no issues after initial install. The company has local knowledge that benefits their users.
We’ve got their solar panels at our house. Those are fine. But recently we just paid several thousand dollars back in December to get solar panels installed at our business, was told installation would begin middle of February. It’s now middle of March. Nothing. They seem to be dodging calls. Not responding to emails. No word from them at all. Entirely unprofessional.
There are many options when considering such a large project as a solar panel installation. I think of many installers like I think of hail dent repair…fly by night folks, not from the community, who are here to make a buck but don’t care about the customer. This is **NOT** the case with SunSpot Solar with Manny at the helm. The solar installation took several months, but that was not the fault of SunSpot Solar.
