Installed solar panels claimed 25 year warranty but did not live up to their word. Be aware of using this company and their claimed warranty. They will then blame the manufacturer for the issues. Would no way use them again.
Our system was installed about 4 years ago. The crew were excellent to work with. There are no issues after initial install. The company has local knowledge that benefits their users.
We’ve got their solar panels at our house. Those are fine. But recently we just paid several thousand dollars back in December to get solar panels installed at our business, was told installation would begin middle of February. It’s now middle of March. Nothing. They seem to be dodging calls. Not responding to emails. No word from them at all. Entirely unprofessional.
There are many options when considering such a large project as a solar panel installation. I think of many installers like I think of hail dent repair…fly by night folks, not from the community, who are here to make a buck but don’t care about the customer. They quoted and installed my solar system 7 years ago. It has never had any issue. They promised 7 year payback on investment and it turned out much better than that. I have heard of people having very long paybacks from others, so I needed to write a complimentary review.
