We had a solar system (23 panels) installed by his company 10 years ago. So far, so good. However the bad rating is for their lousy (nonexistent) follow-up service. We had someone shooting fireworks from the empty lot next door on July 4, and debris was landing on our roof. I called the company three times to see if they could inspect the panels and left a detailed message each time. No one ever returned my call.
