These guys installed our solar heating system in 2013 and it still works, but started leaking a bit at some of the couplings last year. They came out this year and re-installed all couplings and did a good job. Highly recommend.
This went from incompetent to dangerous. First they totally blew me off claiming "human error" which earned them a 1 star review for total failure to perform at all. Then BRUNO calls and starts bullying me about the initial review. Take it down or we won't come fix your system at all he sort of danced around. This was a classic quid pro quo extortion racket like trump tried to pull on zelenskyy which went downhill for everyone. I am an extremely long time VIP customer. My system was installed in February of 2016. I had to have service come out March 19th to adjust my solar controller. The tech did an amazing job and I was extremely pleased. The office had told me I would be charged for the service call and 1/2 hour of service. But when the tech got back into the office, they would adjust the bill down because of my VIP status. I have called the office at least 3 times and am told each time they will put the credit in. I dont get it. You send me a fancy advertisement by mail, I call and a very inpatient women rep tells me she will send me a cost for solar pool panels by email and then ZZZZZZZZ nothing. Who does that? not very smart guys. Maybe your the only ones who do solar in Nevada?
