Drove by the store in Prescott Valley to find it is now closed and a new business coming in. Their webpage says open. Have never had issues with this company in the past so I rated Sunsplash as a whole, but trying to save others from doing an unnecessary drive to this location.
I'm glad we shopped here. Troy and Olivia were easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
We had a good experience with Troy at Sunsplash Spas until our Bullfrog Spa was delivered on 7/3/24. However, we have had nothing but problems since the very first day. We have had to have seats, gaskets, control panels replaced and still do not have a properly working spa. Our spa even turned on by itself for days (while we were out of town). Troy is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional who was extremely helpful deciding on a Bullfrog Spa. Our order is now in and we anxiously await delivery.
Troy and his staff have been very responsive to us during the delivery and set up phases of our new spa. We can't thank them enough for their recommendations on chemicals and answering all of our questions. We purchased a bullfrog spa at a good price and great service! Thanks again!
