I wrote a lengthy review on Facebook which was promptly deleted no doubt by the joke of a director Danielle LaPointe ...which is very true to form with their approach to "treatment". I was confronted by a staff member in the smoking area after complaining of her abusive behavior and was told that " I wasn't going to like what happened if I said anuthing else".
