This Company completely ghosted me. Been waiting on quote for 4 months. Read the reviews, and now wonder if that was for the best. The materials they use seem cool thought, so I made it 2 stars. In answer to your response below: You know full well that you blew me off. You quoted me months later (after promising 2 weeks) and it was a quote for something far different than we discussed. I need to replace my deck and Sunspace by Spectrum did a fantastic job. Chris enlightened me to a variety of options, most which were unknown to me. Instead of just replacing everything wood, I went with an aluminum deck and a stamped concrete patio. Results were beyond expectations. I have received many compliments. Additionally, the crew was extremely professional and diligent.

BUYER BEWARE: As you can see by a few other RECENT post this company does not get back with their customers. Awning's are an investment for you home. It's pretty sad when this company won't give you a call back with a tentative date to come look at the problem before the manufacture warranty is up. Yes all this was brought to their attention. They order the sunrooms from sun space in Canada all they do is the install product is great, installers are great office from the owner on down what a joke. They never return calls full of excuses and give you a lot of lip service but never follow through or deliver on what they promise. A two month start date turned into a 6 month.
