We purchased a hot tub from SunSpa in 2022 and have had nothing but remarkable service since day one. They are a company that stands behind their product and are quick to address issues which luckily we have only had 1 in 3 years. Tyson, Ryan and team were quick to respond and their knowledge and recommendations had our hot tub up and running in no time. We also use them for spa maintenance when we are away and that service is also top notch and reasonable.
Good customer service is rare to find. But I certainly found GREAT Customer service stopping in at SunSpa today! Tyler was great very personal and informative on the products, services and accessories. Definitely, be going back for my products and any future maintenance services. Thanks Tyler!
