These guys are awesome, and super committed to helping you find whatever parts you need. I came in at the end of another customer with their family who were looking at spas, and the salesman was incredible. I am very disappointed with SunSpa. My sister ordered a hottub cover from them last year and raved about their excellent service, so naturally when the time came for us to replace our cover this year I went to SunSpa. On March 30th, 2026 I went into the store to order and paid for the cover. At that time I was told it would be about 4 weeks. Sunspa has always provided us with exceptional service! They are friendly and knowledgeable and offer fantastic products. They are even dog friendly :) Tyson in particular is always helpful and informative.
Friendly knowledgeable sales team - best onsite hot tub service techs in the city.
I have had the pleasure of visiting SunSpas on several occasions this last week due to some issues with our new to us tub. Kyle and Tyson were both use helps and I cannot say thank you enough to all the assistance they have provided me thus far! Great shot, wonderful folks! Highly recommend.
