Good customer service, easy to deal with and they care about their customers.
Customer service is outstanding. Tyler the tech who is knowledgeable an easy to deal with was able to quickly determine problem. We have had a “pump” or “board” issue for a week already. I called the company I normally dealt with, where I purchased the tub, and they couldn’t service or diagnose the hot tub for 3 weeks. Called Sun Spa, and problem fixed in 2 days. Very friendly company to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had Tyler from Sun Spa’s come and get our hot tub set up as new owners we had no idea what we were doing! He was so helpful and patient with us and taught us how to take care of treating the water and any issues we might run into. We had another service call and again he was so helpful in solving the issue. I would 100% recommend Tyler and Sun Spas service. Excellent and Immediate service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Well let’s keep this 5 stars review going. This is our second Sundance spa. Thanks to Tyson and the team for making this a smooth transaction. It was delivered flawlessly and professionally today. Can’t wait to use it tomorrow. Thanks team. Well done.
