I bought a used JD baler. Picked it Thur night, attempted to bale Friday and it didn't work. Went to dealership Sat morning. Everybody pretended it's not their problem. Was told to take it up with sales rep. Well, it's been 4 weeks. I'm getting nothing but the runaround and it's still not working. Very disappointed in the service. Currently could not recommend
Hands down the best around to do business with. I had bought a John Deere tractor from them previously and had an issue on it down the road but they came out very quickly and got the problem fixed. Very professional and really care about the customer. It seems like some places around here will sell you something and then forget about you but not these guys!! Once again thank you Joseph for coming out here so fast and getting it going.
This was the best place I could have gone to for a lawnmower. Everyone there is down home friendly. I’m a single woman and they have helped me out countless times they really do take care of their customers. I love a place that loves you.
Thank you to Sun South for sending Mike to work on my mower today, 6/2/25. He was very knowledgeable and got my mower running better than it ever has and I appreciate it!
