Been to parts desk twice to find a vaccum line for my zero turn. Both times I was told they couldn't find it, took down my name, phone #, and vin # both times. Still have not heard anything back. I love my two john deere zero turns but when I'm in a pinch and need a specific part....I've got a better chance at find the part myself which takes away the whole reason I go straight to the dealer the two mowers wete purchased at when something needs replacing.
RecommendedGo see Timothy Frederick. He can attest that shopped for a while, but couldn’t find a better tractor than a John Deere, but better than that is they have best rates and a totally seamless purchase process. They weren’t pushy at all. Everything was awesome before an after the sale. On a side note, I’m sure my granddaddy is smiling in heaven when he looks down and sees me on the same color tractor he had years ago.

RecommendedPhillip went out of his way to expedite finding a tractor, getting the best deal, and making sure it arrived in a timely manner. SunSouth was definitely worth doing business with and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Shopping for a new tractor so stopped in at SunSouth LLC on Skyland Blvd. Horrible customer service NO ONE would help us or the other gentleman that was also there we both walked around inside and outside trying to get someone to help. We ended up leaving and so did the other customer! Guess they have sold enough tractors...

RecommendedI was shopping for my 1st tractor ever and could not decide between John Deere or kubota. I went to both places and both of them had good deals. I am about customer service and let me tell Josh Dean was awesome and along with everyone else at SunSouth. I paid a little more for the tractor but I am ok with that because of the service I got as a customer and knowing that if I have a issue everyone at SunSouth will make sure I am taking care of. I would recommend everyone to buy from Josh.
RecommendedTimothy was an amazing salesman! He made the purchasing process of our new John Deere 1025R seamless. I literally called on the phone, explained what I needed, and my tractor was delivered the following week. I am so pleased and highly recommend SunSouth!!!!!
