There is not a receptionist in the lobby and you use the phone to call in to the office. A female answered when I stopped in, and all I got was a a a a. She was uninformed and very unresourceful. Extreme lack of customer service I would say.
I stopped here after getting no response on the corporate website. I met the Regional Manager and he was the most helpful to jump on my case immediately. Good customer service at this location.
