I purchased a pkg November 25 2024 (140$) How do I get reimbursement? Phone has been disconnected. Extremely unprofessional!!
Due to unforseen circumstances the business was forced to close it's doors. The owners are working as quick as possible to reimburse customers. Zero Stars – Dishonest and Unprofessional I purchased my first package at this so-called “wellness studio” on November 30, 2024, from the owner, Alexandra Murphy. Just five days later, I returned to find the studio completely shut down! The landlords had locked it due to unpaid rent, with a legal notice posted on the door. I have many issues with this business but mainly , the owner owes me, and MANY others money. I purchased a package recently and days later before I could use the package and receive the services I paid for , the locks were changed by the buildings landlord (as I seen by the signs posted in the window when I went to tan) due to rent not being paid. Finally stopped in today to see inside this little gem of a spot 🌸 The store itself is very welcoming and top notch sanitation 🍓 The owner was there and gave me the tour of all the rooms and explained all the services 🌸 Fell in love with the stand up tanner, and will definitely be returning to utilize my package I purchased today 😎 Nice little selection of tanning creams and goggles and the Strawberry Kombucha afterward was the icing on the cake … 5 Star ⭐️
