I have had terrible customer service with this company. They replaced 31 windows in my home and all are the same except one. When I pointed out the difference they said it can’t be built the same because it is a quarter inch smaller. Then they changed it to it can be built if I will pay more. It was their mistake but they want to hold me accountable because they say I should have caught it in my quote. They are supposed to be professional and they should have caught it. My Name is Cyrus. We called SunSmart for a free estimate for replacing 4 patio doors. Bill the owner was adamant to meet with both me and my wife. I guess to save his VALUABlE TIME. My wife, being a doctor took time off from her work to meet with him (9/19/22). To our surprise, he didn't show up, and instead, he sent one of his employees ( Don). The windows arrived as promised and were installed very promptly thereafter. We truly cannot say enough good things about Sunsmart Windows and Doors!
RecommendedSunSmart is a fantastic company. The in home free estimate was very comfortable, no pressuring or trying to talk me into buying more than I wanted. My kitchen windows were old and damaged from previous owners, I knew I wanted them replaced but what I did not know was how much of a difference it would make. I thought all windows were created equal but that is not the case, Sunsmart windows are AMAZING! They have a slight tint and a nice thick trim that makes them look luxurious. We loved everyone we dealt with during the process of getting our new windows installed. They really make you feel like family at Sunsmart and help you find what is best for you and your situation. Our new windows are beautiful with awesome features and I feel they were a great value. The process was honestly painless for us and we have received a number of compliments from neighbours. We are very satisfied after using this company to replace our 1963 aluminum windows. After contacting them, we had an appointment with Daniel. Daniel spent a few hours going over window choices, SunSmart's incredible warranty, and financing options. The demonstration really makes you a believer!
