I have had terrible customer service with this company. They replaced 31 windows in my home and all are the same except one. When I pointed out the difference they said it can’t be built the same because it is a quarter inch smaller. Then they changed it to it can be built if I will pay more. It was their mistake but they want to hold me accountable because they say I should have caught it in my quote. They are supposed to be professional and they should have caught it. My Name is Cyrus. We called SunSmart for a free estimate for replacing 4 patio doors. Bill the owner was adamant to meet with both me and my wife. I guess to save his VALUABlE TIME. My wife, being a doctor took time off from her work to meet with him (9/19/22). To our surprise, he didn't show up, and instead, he sent one of his employees ( Don). Sunsmart Windows and Doors did a beautiful job for our condo. Juan measured and installed the fabulous windows and they are the best looking windows in the entire community. The windows arrived as promised and were installed very promptly thereafter. We truly cannot say enough good things about Sunsmart Windows and Doors!
