I can't speak more highly of SunSmart SC and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for an honest organisation that takes pride in their service and workmanship. The entire process with the team from scoping the job with Josh to working with Callum and his delivery team was seamless and a pleasure to go through. The SunSmart SC team are knowledgeable and take the time to explain all elements of the system and the process. Go with the them, they deliver and they won't disappoint!
Hands down the absolute best customer service I have experienced in a long time. There was no hard sell and all the team fit around our schedules and when suited us so there was no difficulty taking time off from work. The best experience for us is that SunSmart Sunshine Coast are local and none of the works at any stage are outsourced to subcontractors. We used Matt and his team to install our solar 6 years ago. Very professional from quotes to installation. After service has been great - any questions answered promptly.We have not had an issue with the system. Would recommend highly.
