Sunshine Fitness has such a great atmosphere! The staff and gym members are incredibly friendly and non-judgmental. You’re always greeted with a smile, and I’ve made so many wonderful friendships here. One of the things I love most is that no one is watching or judging you while you work out—everyone is too busy focusing on themselves and their own goals. Great environment and always fun
I am so happy.I found this not only is it a gym, but it is a fitness studio.So many classes are offered here.The 1 on 1 attention is amazing.You're not just a number. I started here may twelfth of twenty twenty six and since then , I have lost seventeen pounds. I attend Monday through Friday classes.If I could , I would live in there. Been coming here for about 5 months now and not one single time have I ever been disappointed or let down in anyway. You can get a work out at any gym, but you certainly won't find a gym where the staff are this AMAZING. Ive been to a lot of gyms, but never have a felt like I'm part of their family like I do at this one. Ps- Ellie always comes up with the BEST shake ideas and it's impossible to feel negative in Sunshines presence. HIGHLY recommend.
