I am so incredibly thankful for this studio and the amazing community of support it offers. My experiences at this studio and the connections I have made has truly been life changing. This studio is not only an anchor for my physical health and well-being but also my emotional and mental. I love Sunshine, her staff, and the environment she has created. I have nothing but great things to say about Sunshine’s! I have a fitness membership. The gym upstairs is so new and well thought out. I also take classes a few times a week. I love the team of trainers and everything they bring to the atmosphere and my wellness. I also go to the cafe regularly, for lotus energy refreshers or protein shakes. Sunshine makes all of the food herself with healthy and fresh ingredients. If you haven’t stopped by, please do!
The energy in the studio is so positive. I decided to take two classes here on a whim and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never been so excited to workout. The staff and instructors are incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend!
I have been going to Sunshine’s now for over 2 years and I don’t know why I waited so long. Wide range of classes offered 7 days a week and the best instructors around. As soon as you walk in you’re treated like family. You can’t go wrong with personal training either. Andrea makes any class or training session not only push you but fun at the same time. You look forward to literally working your butt off. I don’t know what I would do without Sunshine’s.
