The staff here is incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the moment you walk in, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and like family, whether that is answering any questions you may have or taking the time to show you how to do something, like work a machine.

Did my first class this week and it was incredible. Andrea was a dynamic teacher and encouraged everyone to just do their best. I was new, but was welcomed with open arms. I will continue to work with Sunshine's Fitness Studio. Juanita

This is the best "gym" experience I have ever had. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. They are very welcoming and caring. All of the fitness moves have multiple difficulty levels, so anyone can attend and not feel overwhelmed. It is a real joy to work out here. I am a post menopausal woman taking a medication that promotes osteoporosis. Taking classes here 2-3 days a week has actually IMPROVED my bone density. Her classes are fun and you end up wanting to work out.

You will love this place!! Classes are SO fun and you will be sore even for a few days afterwards. I’m non committal, so paying as you go is so important for me! The atmosphere is family. That’s how I would describe it. Maybe you’ll come in as a stranger, but you won’t leave as one!! I wish I lived closer to go all the time! :)
