Sunshine Bakery is a wonderful little gem in the rough!! We tried Vietnamese Iced Coffee and the Peach Mousse Cake. The coffee was very good and Peach Mousse Cake was phenomenal. Its delicate, not overly sweet and beautifully presented. The owner and his wife are wonderful. The decor is gorgeous. Do not miss out on this lovely bakery!! Its a must try!! We will definitely be returning and did the same day so that our kids could try the Strawberry Milkshake Cake!! Sunshine Bakery is a new family favorite!!

We LOVE Sunshine's Bakery! Amazing (and often unique) baked goods, delicious drinks, and friendly people. Sunshine's is a great Irondale gem, and I'd highly recommend anyone stop by.
Stopped in today and had the chocolate chip cookie croissant and vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! Staff was also super helpful! Will be back soon!!
