Wonderful and welcoming! I'm glad to have stumbled upon this beautiful community. First class is free, so you don't lose anything by going in and trying it out! They have crystal singing bowls as part of the Yin/Nidra/Sound class and you can tell they are very high quality and the sound was very meditative and pure.

I had a wonderful experience at Sunshine Yoga Shack. The instructors were welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the class. The studio has a great atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the variety of classes available. Everything felt well organized and comfortable, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced students. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Yoga Shack!

I’ve been working out four times a week, and my body was definitely ready for a reset. I decided to try a yoga and sound bath session at Sunshine Yoga Shack, and it was exactly what I needed. I slept so well afterward, my body felt less tense, and my mind felt so much more at peace. The atmosphere was calming, and the instructor was absolutely amazing. Safe to say… I’ll definitely be back. 🧘‍♀️
