I don't usually enjoy online trainings, but Lynn at Sunshine School of Yoga is amazing in person or online. The training is well-planned out, and Lynn's energy and instruction is engaging, informative, and exactly what I needed! I feel prepared, confident, and am already using the skills I learned from this aerial yoga teacher training. Thank you, Sunshine, for another great training!

I went through the 200 hour yoga teacher training and learned more about myself and yoga than I could have ever imagined! This experience truly changed my life and introduced me to a new level of healing that I didn't know was possible. Not only did I finally connect my mind and body, I found a beautiful community at Sunshine Yoga Shack. Lynn and the instructors create an environment so warm, accepting, and a safe place for any and all people.

Our instructor was so kind, what a soothing presence and calming voice. I felt so safe and I just appreciate the experience I had so much. Super thankful to have people like that in this community.
