My husband and I attended the Autumn Equinox Sound Bath, last night, 9/21/2024. I chose this as part of our date night, to just release all the tensions of work and a busy life, and just deeply relax. Lynn was very welcoming and inviting during our first visit to the studio. She made sure we felt comfortable. The class was very relaxing and a truly unique experience. We'll be back!

The class was a perfect size, Jessica was very kind and willing to answer questions. I have also never done aerial practice before, so I had a great time trying something new.

The instructor was very good, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is top notch!! The accessories for the participants to use were superior quality. I loved the added touch of the scented cloth over our eyes during the cool down! I will be back!!
