I attended the Autumn Equinox Sound Bath at Sunshine Yoga Shack and it was such a unique and beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which made me feel very comfortable right away. The atmosphere was peaceful and uplifting, and the sound bath itself was deeply relaxing something truly different than anything I’ve tried before. I left feeling calm, centered, and recharged. Melissa was absolutely wonderful - friendly, warm, welcoming. A great teacher. The class itself was just what I was needing to clear my mind and get back into yoga and exercise. It wasn't overwhelmingly hot, the perfect temperature for hot yoga. Truly great for someone who hadn't done yoga in a little while and wanted to get back into it. The studio was clean, inviting, and I will definitely be back!
Great studio with a variety of classes. I am a regular in the 5:30am class and there is no better way to start the day!
