Mallory was great. Very welcoming and helpful with getting me setup and during class. The studio was clean and peaceful and the other people in class were very friendly and helpful, too.
It was my first time and the instructor was really helpful. I was able to really get a good workout
The instructor and accommodation is excellent. The temperature was appropriate and the class had a lot of energy. You do the various postures at your individual ability. Very enjoyable.
