Just completed the RYT200 training at Sunshine and it far exceeded my expectations! I actually wasn’t sure what to expect, being still fairly new to the yoga world, but the training was incredible: thorough, informative, and engaging from start to finish. we accidentally missed our first class and then went to see if we could switch our to the class coming up and the staff were super understanding and helpful and let us join the next class

I tried an Aerial Yoga for the first time. It was a lovely class. Sunny is so sweet and helpful to everyone. I had such a great time. Very thankful for having the experience. Super recommend you to try.

It was my first visit and I was completely blown away (in a good way) by the atmosphere and the high vibration of our instructor Ms. Shante. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, but when I walked through the door I knew instantly this is where I wanted to continue to learn and grow through practice. Thank you to the team behind the scene checking on me, ensuring I enjoyed my experience, and answering all of questions. I look forward to bringing high vibrations and my openness to learn and practice at your studio!
