I can’t recommend betsy Markle and her Sunshine Wellness nutrition program enough, I’ve lived with ulcerative colitis, which is a digestive disease for over 20 years and I’ve done all the modern medicine over-the-counter medicine treatments but being on her program and following her expert advice was the only thing that’s ever made me feel normal. Betsy has no clue about women dealing with digestive problems due to menopause!!
At the time that I became a client of Betsy‘s, I was struggling with how to approach weight loss after having tried so many different strategies, including calorie deficit and intermittent fasting, and I was also struggling with significant joint pain.
