If there were more stars, I'd rate Sunshine Wellness with 10! Betsy and the Sunshine Wellness team are incredible. I've struggled with my weight and dieting for way too many years. I was so ready to give up before I found Sunshine Wellness. Betsy's approach takes the whole body, mind, soul into account. I'm so glad I completed the Metabolism Mojo program. Both Betsy and Stacy were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful in answering my numerous questions along the way. I enjoyed the weekly group meetings and I learned a lot more than I ever expected.
