I can’t recommend betsy Markle and her Sunshine Wellness nutrition program enough, I’ve lived with ulcerative colitis, which is a digestive disease for over 20 years and I’ve done all the modern medicine over-the-counter medicine treatments but being on her program and following her expert advice was the only thing that’s ever made me feel normal. Betsy has no clue about women dealing with digestive problems due to menopause!!
