Had a great experience with Dave and his guys, they did a great job fixing our chimney. On top of that, Dave was very responsive and clear about things as they happened, which made the whole experience.

Dave and his team replaced several doors and windows on my house and also replaced ceiling tiles with drywall in several rooms. Unlike a lot of the contractors I've dealt with in the Catskills area, he was prompt with communication and his crews showed up when he said they would. As is the norm with older houses like mine, they encountered unexpected issues along the way, but Dave communicated those to me each time to let me know. I'm happy with the work Sunshine Valley did!

I can highly recommend Sunshine! Dave and his crew just completed a foundation and basement waterproofing project at my home. It started as a 'simple' exterior sealing of the foundation wall and quickly turned into a more extensive effort, concrete pour and rebar. At all stages Dave was clear about what needed to be done, and was responsive throughout. I'll be using his services again.

Guys replaced our retaining wall and steps and did an absolutely great job. On time, worked extremely hard all day and kept us up to date every step of the way. Very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very fair rates as well as financing if needed. All around great experience.

Sunshine Valley did a great job fixing a complex drainage problem I had where water was consistently finding its way into my garage during heavy rain. Dave oversaw a hard working team and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to complete any construction or landscaping job.
