Had an amazing post surgery consult, with a detailed assessment, some needling and manipulation, and then reviewed some exercises to continue my progress, and a complete program emailed to me later with videos. Looking forward to a solid recovery with all the layers of practitioners in one convenient place.
I met KC for the first time today. I had an hour initial session with her. She was amazing, thourgh, detailed and targeted the exact area of interest. I had point muscle stimulation, cuping and IMS on my shoulder, traps and triceps. 100% would recommend KC and Sunshine Valley Chiropractic & Health clinic....Also suggested post therapy stretches and exercises.
