The front desk staff, Robin, is not the nicest person. She comes off extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Also, I witnessed a patient come in with severe pain and she said she couldn’t help her fill out her paperwork because it’s against company policy. Which is understandable due to HIPAA. Very rude receptionist at the front didn’t even bother listening to what I had to say. Definitely going down hill compared to when they first opened, wanted to change the price of a driving physical which I always pay $90 for to $150 just because the “owner” wanted to. Glad I found a different urgent care that charged $85 down the road!!!

This place is great overall. The young lady at the front desk was very respectful and kind both times I've been once for myself once for my daughter and the doctors are definitely amazing and fun to talk too
