I’ve been here for an infection my daughter had, and my husband came to be seen himself. On each occasion, we were treated with the utmost kindness and care. They are SO great about following up and checking in to make sure things are going well even after you leave. They called 3 times to check in on my husband over the weekend, it was next level customer service. I will never go to another urgent care so long as I live in Manatee County, and even if I had to drive an hour to get here, I would! They’re THAT good!!!
I had to wait 2 hours and 16min just get a room. I asked how long it potentially could be at check in and got “I have no idea “ as a response and no eye contact. My urine sample sat in the bathroom unattended the entire time while others went in and out. There were literally 4 people ahead of me and I waited that long just for a room. All said and done I was there for 2 1/2 hours. The two nurses in the back had to keep asking the front desk for help. I went in for a slight earache and blocked ears .. I had wax build up .. I was somewhat nervous as I had a bad experience .I am confine Julius the nurse was capable..but Dr Howell sensing my anxiety did it himself. Thank you for going over and above .. much appreciated
We to this urgent care after a dog bite. It happened where I volunteer. Turned away bc I didn’t have all the county’s insurance info. I get it is about money. But treat the patient - then get the insurance info. Go elsewhere.
Although going to an urgent care is never fun, the staff here were incredible and helped answer any questions I had!!
