Dr. Howell was wonderful. She was very professional, kind, empathetic & knowledgeable. The medical assistants were also very nice & easy to communicate with. The front desk person however was no ray of "sunshine" (during check in & check out). Maybe she was having a bad day. It just would've been nice if she was welcoming & friendly. The wait time was longer than I expected, but I understand that the doctor was busy. Overall, I would return to Sunshine Urgent Care if needed.
Sunshine is absolutely the utmost urgent care facility. Very clean and employees are professional yet friendly. I highly recommend this facility They also called me back to check on how I was doing. Doctors throuough and professionally caring.
I had a good experience at this facility. I went in with chest pain that stemmed from excessive heartburn. The back of the house staff (nurses & doctors) were absolutely wonderful. Julian was great at putting me at ease. He's awesome. The doctors were great, too. They explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this urgent care.
I loved this urgent care much more than any SMH urgent care. I did go in as soon as they opened so I did not wait long but the check in process was so simple and fast the front staff was very nice and helpful as I’m sure they hear repeated questions everyday ( I work front staff at a Dr office so I know this to be true) The woman who took me back to my room was so kind and knowledgeable I wish I got her name! I love this place! I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always gotten in quickly and they took time to understand my concerns and come up with a treatment plan.
