Would not recommend this place and would give zero stars if that was an option. Brought my son here because his ear was hurting I assumed maybe swimmers ear bevashe we just moved to the area and he’s been swimming everyday. Hasn’t been sick or anything brought him in paid the $100 to be seen they diagnosed him with an ear infection prescribed antibiotics and sent us on our way. Excellent staff at Sunshine Urgent Care. Everyone was kind and professional. Janet (I think that was her name?) at front desk was informative and thorough. Julius, medical assistant took vitals and did my x-rays. Dr Howell physically showed me the X-rays. Top-notch group. Even got a follow-up phone call today. Super nice. Thank you all.
Doctor had us in and out in record time. Everyone was super friendly and professional. We would definitely use this urgent care again. Today the Urgent Care called my husband to check on him and see how he was doing. He was very impressed and satisfied with the level of care.
We recently had a visit to Sunshine with our 2 year old who had an injury to his arm. Dr. Julina and Liz were exceptional to work with! Dr. Julina took her time listening to our concerns and evaluating the proper avenue for treatment. They even stayed well past closing to get us taken care of and ensure our little guy was comfortable before we left. I highly recommend Sunshine Urgent Care!
I had a great experience at Sunshine Urgent Care. Dr. Julina Howell was professional, kind, and took the time to really listen to my concerns without dismissing them. The medical assistant and receptionist were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I felt well cared for and would definitely return if I need urgent care again.
