Worst experience with this travel company. Failed to get our airline seats upon booking; never told us about the required pre-travel docs needed to go to the country we were visiting, didn’t know much about the resort etc etc….

The guy who answered the phone wasn’t very helpful.
Bob is knowledgeable , well traveled, the best. Tons of time was required for the trip of a lifetime. One month, starting with the first week in Ireland, next week in Scotland, then one week in London and one week in Paris. Luxury Castle's and Hotel's all the way for our Anniversary trip. The day before our departure Bob handed us a portfolio with every ticket, reservation, and maps for each night's stay, reservations, activities and transportation methods.
