My experience with Sunshine Boston was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was simple, communication was clear, and the itinerary was well organized. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt included. Transportation was comfortable, accommodations exceeded expectations, and I felt the trip offered great value for the price. I would definitely travel with them again! The reason for the fifth star is my parents approved.
I recently tried to book a 4-day trip to New York, Washington D.C., and Niagara Falls through Sunshine Travel for three people. On their website, it clearly showed a promotional offer pay for 2 people and the 3rd travels free starting from May 1st. I decided to call and confirm before booking. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was very disappointing. The lady who answered the call didn’t seem to understand my query.
