Went to Sunshine Trail Caravans, 99 Park Rd Mandurah Western Australia and spoke to Jack about purchasing an offroad caravan, we informed him that we wanted to go gold prospecting in remote areas with our 52kg Rottweiler and required a reliable offroad caravan, he recommended their 13FT Pop Top caravan and said it was perfect for our requirements. Buying a Caravan is a big expense, and getting proper - helpful information - is paramount to any customer. A customer is appreciative when a Manager is looking after the customer's knowledge-base at the Caravan's pre-sales induction. Terrible customer service. Unable to supply simple replacement parts in over 9 months. Can’t even give correct info on wheel bearing sizes for spares. I would never deal with Lethan or Jack for a caravan. Absolutely disgusted
