Terrible service. I took my car in for a diagnostic. They kept it for a whole week. I kept calling to get information, and they always told me, “We still don’t have an update on what’s wrong with your car.” In the end, their final response was: “You can come pick up your car.” And they didn’t give me any diagnosis of what’s wrong with my car. Honestly, it’s a crappy service. By the way, they charged me $75 just to waste my time
Very positive. The only issue was resolved quickly. Justin and the financial guy went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly.
Our Highlander has a recall for an airbag sensor and I called to schedule when the recall was finally ready. We made the appointment & she called back within 5 minutes to let me know she ordered the part. I drive 45 minutes to Battle Creek & they say it could be about 2 hours to finish, no problem at all I was expecting & willing to wait. They call me back after 20 minutes & tell me they looked at it & they will order the part & call us when it comes in. This was November 14th.
