Terrible service was booked in for an hour drive to diagnose problem. Mechanic directed me back to toyota workshop within 10 minutes without diagnosing anything and just telling me i need to book it in for 3 days time.

During my latest scheduled service, at Sippy Downs QLD, I was told I needed a new steering shaft but there is none in Australian and will take about 8 weeks to get one. Being a full time traveler towing a caravan, I can’t wait 8 weeks in one spot for it to arrive and incurring $3000.00 worth of Caravan fees. He said I had to sort it out myself at the next service agency. They couldn’t forward my needs to another dealer to help me out. I cannot really comment on the mechanical service as I was not present and assume it was done as specified. I was impressed with pickup and return of the vehicle. All that was required of me was to pay the bill by phone. The car was a lot cleaner when it was returned.
