Never trust sunshine title! I begged sunshine title to not go through with the sale of my grandmothers home, she had dementia (I provided doctors notes proving so, and the family members facilitating the sale had their own interests) and it was the last asset that my nana owned after working her entire life. She died two years later (in a hospital all alone) from falling and hitting her head in my cousins yard, penniless.
