Came in for eyebrow threading. She completely ignored me when I tried to tell her what I wanted, and ended up removing a ton of eyebrow I've been working months on growing in. On top of that, the candle next to the sign in sheet (fake waiver?) LIT MY HAIR ON FIRE and when she couldn't immediately find what had burned in my dark, curly hair, laughed it off.

I did my herbal facial from Pooja aunty(owner) and the massage was sooo good. Had been going there for almost more than 3 yrs and to get my eyebrows done and her service never fails to amaze me. Would recommend 100 stars for her service,polite behaviour

Owner told me I can not use the Groupon service after I redeemed the last session. Used to enjoy the service here since 2021 but it will be the last time I travel 30mins for eyebrows since I moved; will be looking in my new neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST salon experience of my life. The owner was beyond rude—completely ill-mannered, dismissive, and downright nasty. I had a valid Groupon, which she outright refused to accept, making up excuses and rolling her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience for simply asking her to honor what she advertised. Pooja will get you right. I had a brazilian wax here and she got every single hair. Never been to a place with such precision
