Went into the store with a completely legitimate Groupon which the owner would not accept. She was acting very rude, didn't give a legitimate reason for not accepting it and made me pay full price for the eyebrow waxing. There was a dog barking and running around the store as well.

Pooja is a true professional! First time getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted by her, and I can’t wait to come back. She made me feel instantly welcomed, her dog (adorable) also greeted me, and she made me feel more confident in myself. 23 years of experience and it shows!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and it’s wonderful service every time! Pooja always threads my eyebrows, lips, and chin and she does a great job every time! Shes very gentle during the service and applies aloe Vera to my face when she’s done but if you need it, you can also ask for oil at the shop or just apply it by yourself when you get home! I call before I arrive because it’s gets so busy but she handles it by herself all the time and attends to each client in the best way possible!

After waxing, my wife was left with sticky mess which took hell of a time and effort to remove. We didn't pay $100 for such a service. You should give customers with appointment a priority rather than rushing them. Will not visit again, I would rather pay more for a better service.
