Caring and helpful staff. Food was good. Staff helped me in any way they could to give me the comfort and support I needed to heal from surgery and become independent to be successful when I returned home
The ineptitude from the higher ups all the way down to the cafeteria is abysmal. As someone who knew somebody who worked there I’ve heard plenty of stories of clothing going missing to rooms that haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The state that some of these rooms are in is frankly unacceptable and they should not only have a deep inspection done but also a review of all staff members. Do not consider working here as harassment is a big issue and I hope that the people there will soon get the care they need and deserve.
My father was in there and he was 6 feet tall, his feet were hanging past the bottom of the bed; lost the bottom of his electric toothe brush. On day his his room was 90 degrees, his brother had to adjust the therostat, would not recommend them to any one, all this happened in 2015,2016 !!!
