Aside from the fact that the waiting room is filthy, dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty furniture, etc. This provider skipped 2 teleconference appointments in a row because they were "too busy" after referring me to specialists who are no longer accepting patients. The office manager who is also the doctors wife was verbally abusive on the phone when I explained that I needed care and would not be able to continue coming there if they cannot keep their appointments.
