We thought initially this may be a good experience after waiting 9 weeks to see doc. He made a plan. Was rescheduled once. Front desk staff could be difficult at times. Was told 3 times they did not even see that we had been seen by doc yet. ?? Had to be scheduled at he surgery center, which doc didn't seem to like to go to, he would rather do injections in office. Took patient off blood thinner as required and then the surgery center closed due to flooding and we had no idea until we finally called doc office the day before... read more
