I hate leaving negative reviews for businesses, but this is so completely frustrating. I called today and reserved time for 7pm for a 1 hour massage. I specifically asked how late they were open because, at the time I was scheduling, I had flexibility and could have done sooner or later with enough notice. I arrived on time and was told that she is booked. I explained that I called and reserved this particular time. She pulled out her phone and said "I don't have a text. So, there's no reservation."
