My wife went here twice and in both cases the masseuse left in the middle and had someone come in to cover. In the first case, the backup masseuse was weird and did a poor job, e.g. putting oil on her feet and hands and not wiping it off at the end. In the second case, the backup masseuse touched her in inappropriate ways without asking and then explicitly complained about the amount of tip (~15%) she was given. She spoke negatively about my wife's recovery from pregnancy and gave bizarre, unsolicited, superstitious advice.

Got massage and Traditional Ear Cleaning today with my mom. The place is clean and my masseuse was so good, felt like butter after. I never had the ear cleaning before but one of my ears has been itchy so I thought I’d give it a go. Happy I did, the technician asked if I was comfortable the entire time.
