1st time here was a great experience. We were gifted a Groupon for Christmas and were happy to go back a 2nd time. When we called to make the appointment, we were hung up on as soon as we mentioned having a Groupon. Called again, and they scheduled our appointment. The Groupon was a couple’s massage for 1 hour. I got a Groupon for a couples massage (60 min hot stones and cupping) for my boyfriend for Christmas. Finally had the time to use it yesterday and it was AMAZING. One of the most relaxing massages we've ever had. The woman who greeted us was very nice and welcoming. The woman who did my massage was amazing. I should have gotten her name. She was very kind, accommodating and made sure I was comfortable. My boyfriend loved his as well. Terrible service . Scheduled an appointment and let them know I’m using groupon . She tells me you have to make appointment for a Groupon that goes to tell me that I have to get charged $15 extra to set an appointment . I told her I’m not paying extra to use my Groupon when this is my first time setting appointment . She told me go ask for a refund . Greedy for money .
