So I bought a Groupon, made the appointment over a month ago. They took my code, said everything was fine. I get there, check-in. They take my code, say everything's fine. why does this establishment make tips feel like a requirement?
Amazing & relaxing experience, the people were so kind and the lady that took my appointment for me and my girlfriend (which was last minute) was very accommodating! We definitely will be coming back here, I'm so glad we chose this for our first spa experience!
Please be very careful going here I purchased a voucher off of Groupon.I spoke with the lady at the front desk before going to my appointment.She stated that the Groupon voucher was okay.Once I got there , she wanted me to pay another 119.00. I said to her no that's the point of me making my purchase on Groupon. She was very rude!
