I recently had a clean by Kirstie and the experience was exceptional. It is not easy to be calm at the dentist regardless. of what work needs to be done but the reception girls, Kirstie and her assistant were not only friendly and welcoming, but also thoroughly professional. At no time did I feel rushed and at all times I was made to feel that my attendance was really appreciated. Highly recommended!
After years of neglect, my gum’s & teeth were so sore & ever so sensitive, to the point of sadly dreading brushing my teeth. From the first appointment with hygienist Kirstie Chan, I was treated with such kindness, warmth & care, total professionalism being informed thoroughly throughout the process. They are amazing. They take their time answering any questions you have, super friendly, new technology, and really knowledgeable. Probably our favorite dentist we’ve ever been to.
Wife is 3 months post having a child. I organised to take time off work to look after our newborn so she could go to the dentist. Confirmed sms that it was still on.. then arrived to find its been double booked and she was tuned away. No even offered another slot in the next hour or so.. time is a very valuable resource for a new mum/family. Very disappointing.
Thank you Dr Lachlan Munn for the crown I recently had done at your clinic. Whilst I’m not a fan of dentist visits in general (and that has been since childhood!) I’d have to say having this crown procedure was far less traumatic than I had anticipated. Thanks also for allowing me to pay the outstanding gap (after my health fund contribution) in 2 instalments; that was very helpful. In appreciation………….. Elizabeth Brown
