I was looking to replace my electric wheelchair, but wasn't sure which model would be the best for me, since I had some very specific requirements. I phoned up Sunshine Scooters and had a fantastic conversation all about what I needed and what would suit me best - they're so knowledgeable and happy to help! I ended up ordering the chair they recommended and I'm SO happy with it - it was fantastically priced, arrived really quickly, and looks like new. It suits my requirements perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough!
I would like to thank you for your support when I rang for advice about my scooter that I had several years. It transpired that it needed new batteries and a service. I was quite ignorant to the fact that that I should have been charging it every week and your very friendly advice has restored my confidence to use it. My father bought a mobility scooter (used) for over 1k. The scooter broke down and had various things wrong with it. After some back and fourth my father asked for a refund and they came and collected the scooter. They told us that a refund would be deposited back into our account after 5-7 working days. After the 5th day we called and said has it been refunded because we now had no mobility scooter and no money and they were very rude and arrogant insisting that the refund was on the way and actually it’s not their departme... read more
Sunshine Scooters were very helpful when selecting a Mobility Scooter for a family member. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered free of charge. I’d highly recommend them.
I visited the Boston branch to replace a scooter my mother had. The service was fantastic. They were patient, helpful and showed so much knowledge which was very useful when trying to get a replacement scooter that fit our needs. I couldn’t recommend this company more
