Big company out of Chicago. No small town feel and they charge you so much and can’t get a hold of anyone.
This is a terrible company. I have had professional and residential dealings with them. They buy out contracts from other companies, raised prices, and then try to force you to either complete the term of the contract (that you didn't make with their company or at their pricing) or buy out at exorbitant rates. I assume they engage in these awful business practices because of how terrible their service is, and it is terrible. Unreal!! Don't EVEN consider them!!!!!!!!! Continual billing issues; say they haven't been paid when the bank does it electronically/automaticallly....you can give them a confirmation # from the bank payment, and they still deny it by stating the electronic "converted check" never made it. The only thing that never makes it is their staff...............
Unreal since they took over Sunshine! Read the BBB reviews then run far away!!!!!! Three times now I've received notices they didn't get paid, when I have auto-pay thru my bank. Give them the bank confirmation #, and it means nothing to them...then you get told by them how MY banking institution does not convert and send out their checks on time. We had sunshine sanitation for 5 years and never had a single issue. We get absorbed by LRS and everything goes to hell, they don’t send me bills or let me know when the bill is due. They just stopped picking up, no bill no reminder no warning. Terrible company, choose ANYONE else.
