I found this company online this morning at 8 a.m. I was contacted within twenty minutes via text after I submitted an inquiry for service. Tim, the owner sent me a message stating that he could come out today to address my concern. He arrived at the appointment time scheduled. He assessed my concern in my bathroom. He informed me that I didn't have a leak or mold issue. He recommended that I pull the current flooring to allow the subfloor to dry before installing my new flooring. This was the first time I’ve had to use a mitigation company. My refrigerator had been leaking for a while and was discovered by my buyer’s inspector. Lupe and Gus from Sunshine were amazing! I had confidence in them right from the beginning. It took a while for my wall to dry out and they had to return for a few days in a row. My husband and I used Sunshine Restoration to come out to our home to do some air mold testing. We were very please at the service, kindness, and skill of the techs that came out, and I was even further impressed with the gentleman who answered the phone when I called when I had questions about my results.
