Had a bit of a rough start as needed tool had to be transported from the valley. BUT...Josh made up for it with his balance of professional demeanor and kindness. I would definitely refer Sunshine! (Previously had them for carpet cleaning...they were respectful and thorough )
i dont doubt that you do excellent work, but one of your drivers nearly caused what would have resulted in serious injuries to a cyclist this morning. He failed to look to the right as he was attempting to turn left onto Pima at Inner Circle. That's despite my flashing front light, high visibility colors and loud hollaring. Please pass the word along that there lots of cyclists, runners and walkers in that area, and most of them are harder to see than I was.

First of all, I don't appreciate your response and what you are implying because I did involve the police and I emailed the police report number to Bryan before Christmas. It is filed at the Phoenix Police Department and in case you can't see the photo that well the police report number is 202401828302.
