Company was so easy to work with. They only take one application at a time so when I applied I knew I had a chance to be approved. 10/10 recommend Sunshine!!!!
This company does not mind wasting your time. Called regarding renting a particular property, drove to their location to pick up the keys, drove to the property and inspected it, and drove all the way back to their location just to be told that they already have an application for the property. They knew that the previous viewers had intentions of renting the property. They failed to tell me that at any point and wasted my time. Would not recommend! I told them to when stuff needed to get repaired never did. All I got was a phone call and a bill! A tenant still owed me $900 but I never saw a dime! I'd go with Beachside rental properties! Much more PROFESSIONAL!!
Horrible company DO NOT RENT from them. Worst place ever please go rent from anyone else these people will just lie and take your money when the lease is up.
Terrible company Do Not rent from these people. They take your security deposit upon leaving, they never notify you of changes within the hoa. They don’t care about their clients. They treat them as a number instead of a human being. Worst rental company I ever rented from. They don’t even deserve one star.
They are nice to you in the beginning. Then, they rob your security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Thieves! You won't get you security back. They tried to rob an extra month's rent from me because they couldn't add.
