Bought a new zero turn mower from them. Very good experience they answered all my questions. Mower was ready in the day they said it wouldbe.
It's OK in the fact that they have a great selection of products.However, their sales department doesn't seem to have any education in marketing at all.They just don't know how to follow rules and regulations.And warranty service after the sale. They take a Jim Bob approach at how to fix things. I'm not being mean or trying to be rude.I'm just stating the facts ....don't kill the messenger. I mean , who puts glue in a hole to keep the main bolt that holds the chain and bar on a chainsaw when it gets stripped out , just askin... read more
