I was broken down and asked them to make me a hose. I needed a hose just like any other hose they would habe been able to make, nothing special, when they found out I drove semi truck and needed it for my truck they said "we dont make hoses for trucks we cant help you," it was literally a basic hose just being used in a semi but very standard of what they would make for any other piece of equipment. Horrible customer service.

Victoria took such good care of me with a needed part for my tractor that the Baton Rouge store didn't have in stock. Since I was traveling from Baton Rouge, she tagged the part with my name. When I got there, just as she stated, the part was on the counter with my name. She represents this dealer well.
