Victoria took such good care of me with a needed part for my tractor that the Baton Rouge store didn't have in stock. Since I was traveling from Baton Rouge, she tagged the part with my name. When I got there, just as she stated, the part was on the counter with my name. She represents this dealer well.
Had called to set up appointment to have my zero turn mower serviced. Went by to ask that it be picked up from my home. Explained issues. They will check it out and let me know cost before service work is done. Pleasant conversation with service department and pick up driver.
