From the moment I called the service section, it felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. I live about 60 miles away so I gave my self two hours to get to the location. About 30 mins into the trip, my GPS switched my arrival time from arriving at 4 pm to 450; I immediately called the location to give them a heads up that I may arrive right at 5 PM.
