I am so incredibly grateful for Liz I went for a adult Autism & ADHD assessment in August last year (2023), She was so incredibly kind, made me feel listened to/respected during the assessment. I felt so incredibly grateful for having a zoom assessment as I had such extreme anxiety about getting an assessment and sitting in a room with a stranger, having an assessment at home meant I was in a place that i was comfortable/could wear clothes I felt comfortable in and I was able to have items of support around me. I will forever be thankful to Liz for making the process of diagnosing our daughter so much easier by being sympathetic, knowledgeable and understanding. Being able to go through this process from the comfort of our own home was a huge help, saving us and our daughter the discomfort of long car journeys, time off work as well as exposing our daughter to an unfamiliar environment. I would very much recommend Liz at Sunshine Psychology for an autism or ADHD assessment. She was very professional and I could tell that she makes an effort to keep up to date with recent research. Liz was easy to talk to and made me feel at ease even though I was very nervous. She really listened and understood me.
