Happy to have such a responsive, respectful and supportive team. Stephanie and Brooke specifically were great but the whole staff seemed wonderful as well.
When given a list at the hospital of people who could make I prosthetic after my below the knee amputation, I picked Sunshine Prosthetics. It sounded happy to me at a time when I was really low. I have been with Brooke and her staff for over five years and each and everyone of them has been nothing but wonderful to me! Unprofessional and rude to patients! Do NOT go here the staff will not take care of you. Long wait time and they get irritated if you ask any questions about YOUR health care.
It started off okay but I decided to go elsewhere because they were too pushy and did not seem to care about my actual concerns or needs. Once I told them I would go elsewhere, they refused to send me a copy of my prescription and blocked my phone number. It's incredibly unprofessional and frankly cruel. It took me a lot (of time and money) to get that prescription.
Brooke and the team are fantastic. TheY make the process as easy and comfortable as possible given the circumstances.
