Once I connected with them Sam was great — showed up on time for the estimate, took a thorough walk around on the property and described his process clearly, pointed out possible issues (lead paint, using paint vs. using stain), and showed reassuringly good knowledge of requirements/recs/best practices. Their proposal was about the same price as a few others (all four were within +/- 5% of each other for a big exterior painting). We ended up going with Color Concepts and they did an amazing job in the end. Thanks Sam.
Sam and his painters did such a great job. Our house had a lot of work that needed to be done before being painted. There were a lot of cracks in our walls, termite damage, and old cracked paint. Our house looks brand new, and we're delighted I went with this company.
