I came here for a cut on my finger that required stitches. The entire team was helpful and prompt despite the long waiting time and busy schedule. I was attended to by Dr Timothy who was very professional and eased the whole situatuion by being really calm and cracking jokes. He knew exactly what he was doing and the whole process was over in no time.
Had an Awful experience, I presented myself at PPCC Sunshine at 2110 hrs with Bad Chest Infection and Short of Breath . I was extremely worried because my puffer was also running out as I am asthmatic too. The GP at clinic declined to see as he had 2-3 another client before me. I requested to doctor that I happy to wait but I needed script for my puffer and Antibiotics. He told me to go to hospital or do a Telehealth. Wonderful prompt service. The staff (doctor and nurse) were extremely lovely people who were very caring, but we could also share a story. GO BLUES
I went there for twisted ankle. The wait wasn’t too long about 30 min. I should have been waited hours and hours if I go to emergency at hospitals. Dr. Tim is so friendly, professional and gave me all the dedicated treatment and care. In fact, he provided me with all the information of dos and don’ts. If you need an urgent medical care, this is the right place to consider. Highly recommend!
