Turned patient away over an hour before closing time of 10pm even though no one was in the waiting room. Hung up on patients call twice. And online booking is not available. No booking method is left open for patients. Urgent care opening hours should be AVAILABLE from 0800-2200. You shouldn’t block out the last two hours for paperwork. This is a huge disappointment.
Pathetic place, sick as a dog speak to reception they tell you to come in in 1 hour I drive 35mins get there then the same lady goes we aren’t accepting walk ins you can go next door and pay a fee and see a doctor just straight out pathetic!
Dr T Do is so lovely, warm and knowledgeable. He took time explaining and calming us down when my little one got a fever. I wish he could be my regular GP. He only works here part time. Thanks so much for your help today. Our country needs more GP like you.
Who ever was working reception on Monday the 23rd June at 2:30pm needs to be fired or retrained. Called to see if I could bring in my son for a knee injury (potential stitches), was told to come in at 3:30pm. I ask her if she needed my name to make the appointment. She said no and to just come in. Well wouldntchaknowit, arrived at 3:30 and was told (by someone else working, not her fault) that they can not see my son until after 6pm because there was a rush and the doctor needs to take a break.
