Despite having no one in the waiting room and still being open for another two hours, they turned my 7-year-old son away at 8pm because the doctor "needed to catch up on paperwork." Absolutely unacceptable. What kind of clinic prioritises admin over a child needing care?
Very bad experience I have been waiting from 3pm to 6pm all this because I have a burn my hand with hot oil. For all that. I have been waiting for nothing. I just went home Because I'm pregnant and I get back pain and I went home, but I never go there again..
The staff there are extremely helpful and the wait time isn’t long at all. Would highly recommend coming here instead of going to the E.D
have been to this clinic twice now and Dr T.Do has been nothing short of professional and compassionate. i wish i could take my children to see him as their regular GP (this clinic is just for urgent after hours care).
