I strongly recommend not using Sunshine Pools. Their work is substandard. I hired them to trouble shoot a leak in my pool liner. They made several patches and I paid them for the work. I continued to lose water. After multiple phone calls and waiting several weeks they came out again and patched again. The second time around they did not bill me and I thought that was fair considering the problem persisted. On June 6th I requested a quote from Sunshine Pools. They promptly responded stating they would “get on it“. Meanwhile three of their former clients expressed a total dissatisfaction. All had similar complaints: unreliable, not showing up, drawn out process ect. Opting not to use them I did not respond, nor did I feel it was necessary.
