If no stars was an option, that’s what I would give. Jerry Hines is all promises and friendly until you sign the contract. Then he’s non responsive, no show, and apparently incompetent. He knocked our fence down and cut cables. His “workers” would show up for a few minutes and leave. One was laying in our yard, did nothing, and left. He contracts out for the concrete.
