Great customer service and reasonable prices
I was trying my best not to leave a bad review but this company leave me no choice I am hoping by leaving this review they will respond to me. The staff is nice and friendly always ready to help and has a answer however the following through is lacking. I had my pool liner replaced last year and within less than 6 months the liner has come undone. Because I work out of town i was not able to check on the work right away but on examination i saw that they had stuck quarters to help hold up my liner. I have been calling and al... read more
Changed owners in 2025. The new owners not worth a damg. The owner hisself came out to close my pool, and could not follow simple instructions. Was told he would return to fix and never did, Took me 3 phone calls to get him to come out and fix the problem. When he finally did come out to fix he had a attitude and spoke down to me about the process when clearly he was at fault. They send out kids with no training to clean the pools, and never once did a satisfactory job or complete job. Had multiple cover problems all winter ... read more
