Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they always give you a printout from your tested water... prices are pretty reasonable.
New pool owner and I have to say these folks have been great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready for all of my questions.
Poor management. Sought help for hot tub cleaning. All of the information was inaccurate. Said they had no information about hot tub cleaning teams; then they did have a contact. Said we would be contacted by the cleaners as to when they would show up; the cleaners just appeared; said we would get a bill but the bill didn’t arrive until two months later and was marked second bill. Unsatisfactory all the way. Can’t hold a candle to the original owner in terms of management. Geez, get it together.
