Changed owners in 2025. The new owners not worth a damg. The owner hisself came out to close my pool, and could not follow simple instructions. Was told he would return to fix and never did, Took me 3 phone calls to get him to come out and fix the problem. When he finally did come out to fix he had a attitude and spoke down to me about the process when clearly he was at fault. They send out kids with no training to clean the pools, and never once did a satisfactory job or complete job. Had multiple cover problems all winter ... read more
I've had nothing but great service and assistance. I purchased some salt the other day and the lady running the place at the time helped me carry it out to my car. The free water analysis has been very helpful for my pool and the spa.
I stopped in to have my spa water tested. Cynthia could not have been friendlier, more professional or more helpful. She helped pick out the right chemicals and gave me the exact measurements I needed to bring my spa into balance. The store was bright, extremely clean, and uncluttered. Will be going back as often as I need.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they always give you a printout from your tested water... prices are pretty reasonable.
